Fried Green Tomatoes Traci Kenworth I realize it’s late in the year, but I found some green tomatoes at the farmer’s market a couple weeks ago and well, tomatoes are a favorite of mine. Ingredients: 1-2 green tomatoes, sliced thin Flour regular or gluten-free Salt & pepper to taste Yep, just four ingredients. Dip sliced tomatoes, the thinner the better, into flour. Place in a skillet with olive or canola oil over medium-high. Salt & pepper. Cook till browned, flip, brown other side. Serve. Enjoy!
